Will it scare my pet?

Introduce it slowly: let your pet sniff it, start with short sessions and keep treats close. Most pets get comfortable within a few sessions. You can also use the heads as a normal brush with the vacuum off.

Does it work on long and short coats?

Yes. The slicker suits medium and long coats, the de-shedding comb reaches the undercoat on double-coated breeds, and the floating comb is gentle on short coats.

How do I charge and clean it?

It charges with the included USB-C cable. Empty the cup after each session and rinse the grooming heads in warm water, then let them dry before reattaching.

How long does shipping take?
